Credit Reporting

Selectmerchantservices may report your payment history to one or more credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report and may negatively impact your credit score. We encourage all borrowers to make timely payments to maintain a positive credit history.

Credit Inquiry Disclosure

When you apply for financing, Selectmerchantservices will perform a soft credit inquiry to provide you with financing options. A soft inquiry does not affect your credit score. If you accept a financing offer and proceed with a formal application, a hard credit inquiry may be performed, which could temporarily lower your credit score by a few points.

APR Calculation

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) represents the true annual cost of borrowing, including interest and certain fees, expressed as a yearly rate. APRs shown are estimates and your actual APR will be disclosed before you sign your financing agreement. The APR you receive is based on multiple factors including your credit history, time in business, revenue, and other underwriting criteria.

Prepayment

You may prepay your outstanding balance at any time without penalty. However, prepayment terms vary by product. For some products, prepaying early may not reduce the total cost of financing. Please refer to your specific financing agreement for details on prepayment terms and any potential savings.

Collection Practices

If you fail to make required payments, Selectmerchantservices may pursue collection activities including, but not limited to: contacting you by phone, email, or mail; reporting delinquency to credit bureaus; engaging third-party collection agencies; and pursuing legal action to recover amounts owed. We encourage you to contact us immediately if you are experiencing financial difficulty.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for financing, applicants generally must meet the following minimum requirements:

• At least 1 year in business
• Minimum $100,000 in annual business revenue
• Active business checking account
• Personal FICO score of 625 or higher

** Meeting these minimum requirements does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to our underwriting criteria and verification processes.

State-Specific Disclosures

Financing products and terms may vary by state and may not be available in all states. Selectmerchantservices complies with all applicable state and federal lending laws. Residents of certain states may be subject to additional disclosures, terms, or restrictions as required by state law.

California Residents

If you are a California resident and accept a financing offer, you will receive a disclosure that complies with the California Financing Law (CFL) and, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have the right to receive specific disclosures about the cost of financing and your rights under California law.
